I'm 5'4 and I weigh 109. I wouldn't consider myself fat but I don't have a flat stomach. When i sit down it is huge! I naturally have a really small frame i wear like anywhere from 00-0 in pant sizes. I just need to do some ab workouts. Hopefully it wont be too hard to achieve. Since it is summer I want to get a nice flat stomach so i look good in a bikini. Any ideas or pointers to how i should approach this and what to do? (link)
