okayy sooooo, actually a lot of people say i'm really skinny, not annorexic like disgusting looking, but skinny. and i just don't feel like i am. maybe to other people but i think i give an illusion that i'm skinny... and i'm really not.
sometimes i want to be bullemic but i can't make myself throw up, do you know how to make yourself?
i can't be annorexic. i always eat.. but
how do you make yourself throw up?

i mean i ran track over spring.. and that ended 1 week ago. and this week i started soccer practice.. which is every day. so i mean i do run bbbuuuuuuuuutttt

the major problems i have are my love handles
and the inner thigh area...
anyone have any good exercises i can do to help me lose that little bit extra?

squat & run
is the magic key to success.
oh and if you want to tone your legs
try pilates, & yoga works real good.

ps: don't be bullimic,
it rottens your teeth & it doesn't make
you any skinnier, it makes you fatter
because the next time you eat, your body
doesnt think that you're going to feed it
again so it stores all that as fat & then
yeah, so don't, trust me on this one :D
