I've always been in the healthy range for weight, not crazy skinny but not large. A year or two ago, I was put on medication, since then I have gained weight like mad. I haven't changed my exercise routine or diet really ( I eat healthy food (except a random chocolate bar ever so often XD) and I exercise on a regular basis)but I've gained 20 or 30 pounds in that time. So, the thing is I'm getting off said medication soon and I really want to lose those extra pounds, I'm rather self conscious about them. It doesn't have to be a fast transformation, as long as the weight stays off and it's not going to make me get sick or something. Any advice on how to lose the weight, meal ideas, specific exercises, yada yada yada... All help is greatly appreciated :D Thanks in advance.
P.S. I'm about 5 feet 11" or so... and about 165 or 170 pound or so. (link)

k well the best way to put off all that weight is to get a personal trainer or go to the gym by yourself regularaly don't miss a single day unless your sick or something anyways as long as you keep eating healthy it's fine and a little junk food can't hurt but do cut down on the amount of fruits and veggies you have everyday the best way to do it is have 3 meals a day and if you get really hungry between those meals then have a little snack nothing that takes you more than 5 minutes to eat good luck !!!!
