Well I'm guessing that your a guy. Well then first you need to tell them that you like that girl and you need to stop letting it get to you. Next time they call you gay tell them to just fuck off. If they have a problem with the fact that you enjoy hanging out with girls then screw them. I have a guy at my school whose the same way he acts gay and hangs with all the girls but people think he's gay and maybe it wouldn't hurt for him to just stop acting the way he does because it's obvious that he wants attention and he gets it. So don't be like that guy because secretly alot of people are annoyed by him so he should quit it. So don't let it get to you.
