I'm just gonna keep it simple. Depending on how tall you are, you got just be built big, but if this isn't the case, I would say you would basically have to change your lifestyle.
Eat 3 small, healthy meals a day.
Work out more and sit around less. The more you are sitting around doing nothing, the more you will be tempted to eat junk food.
So basically, eat VERY healthy. There are tons of programs out there that can help.
Work out with sit ups, running, pushups, or just doing a sport that you enjoy. It's not the complicated =]
