does anyone know what is in tea that stains teeth? i love drinking tea but i dont drink it often because i dont want my teeth to get stained. thanks. _(link)

i [love] tea. im not exactally sure what it is that stains your teeth, but i found it extrememly helpful to brush with whitening toothpaste and chew the orbit white gum after every meal. you can never tell that i drink so much tea. :]]
