Alrigth, today was our last day of school.
I am completely determined to lose weight over the summer and come back to school looking amazing.
im completely devoted, to go to the gym (in-shape city)every day but sunday, and im cutting out all the junk food. Rgiht now im 190 lbs, 5'3, i know im really over weight, but how much weight do you think i could lose?
i know it only takes like 15 lbs to LOOK completely diffrent, but how much do you think i could lose in 3 months? any sugguestions?
normally when i go i do 15 minuets on the biking, 15 on a treadmill, and an hour class, sometimes i do cycling and other times i do yoga. then i go swimming for about a half hour. (link)
well, the situps will help build muscle but burns fat at the same time. so unless youre doing cardio also, the muscle youre building will make you look bigger.

my doctor said losing anywhere from two to four pounds a week is healthy, so in three months, you could lose anywhere from 24 to 48 pounds. If you drink only water or pure fruit juice, you could lose more because it helps clean out your system, so youll lose a lot of water weight.
