I'm a 19 year old female, and I'm about 5'3 and 100-105 lbs (it fluctuates). I'm not looking to lose weight, but I really want to tone up my body this summer.

I know to do crunches and stuff for my abs, but I want to work on my legs (both thighs AND calves) and my arms, too.

What are some good exercises to work out the arms and legs -- for someone who has never really exercised before? I have some hand weights (5 lbs, 10 lbs, and 15 lbs), if you were wondering.

Also, I'd like to get started running, but I don't know what kind of stretches to do, how far to run, or even really how to get started (should I jog first?) and things like that.

Any advice, links, videos, etc. would be really appreciated -- and every answer will be rated. =] (link)
ARMS-pushups do wonders.
THIGHS-squats, kicks
CALVES- stand straight go from tip toes to regular standing over....and over
RUNNING- try 1/2 mile or mile at first. you can jog and run when you are beginning and work your way up.
STRETCHING-sit w/ legs straight in front of you and touch your toes. for your quads, stand up and grab ur foot & oush it toward your butt. hope i helped and good luck!
