Alright, here's the deal: Just because your friend says that ya'll are cute doesn't necissarily mean that you need to date him. If you don't like him, don't date him. It isn't fair to him, nor is it fair to you. Just keep the friend relationship. Besides, it seems to be going good the two of you.
