My name is alix. I'm fourteen &i live just moved to massachusets. i love all of my closer friends; theyre my life. i like cats, and my favorite food is soanish rice. i like going to the movies with all my friends; we do it every friday. it's a routine. i love giving advice about guys, but what i really love are questions from guys about girls. im really opinionated, but im usually not very harsh when i answer things. advice
I have a great mom. She has her ups and her downs but she always bends over backwards for me. I love her a lot, but she thinks I'm not as appreciative as I should be. So...since mother's day is coming up I really want to suprise her with something really nice. I don't want just a present for her, I want something that she will remember forever. I already am getting her a present anyways. What should I do for her?? I live in a really small town so I can't take her to a really nice restraunt or take her to a play or something. It has to be kind of like a homeade present suprise. I'm thinking maybe a dinner. And a day off from everything. What do you think I should do?? P.S. I only have about sixty dollars. I have more, but I can't get to it right this moment so I'm stuck with sixty. Any ideas would be really great!!!
I know it sounds kind of cheesy, but maybe make her jewelery. If you can go to a nice store with a lot of beads and wire, then get some really pretty glass beads. Or there might be a place in your town where you can bead. Like an art place or something. The pottery painting place in my town also has beading; if you have one you could maybe try there?
Also, dinner is a great idea.
If you don't like the jewelery, maybe you could do a small scrapbook of you and her. I'm sure she'd love that.
(Rating: 5) I know what you mean by thinking it might be cheesey. You can't do the lil plastic first grader beads. Lol. I totaly understand what you are saying to bad I have no way of gettting to that kind of thing. Good idea though. I think I'm goin to make her a dinner. And the scrapbook thing is probably my favorite of them all. I'm definetly making one! Thank you sooo much!
