I want to try making cannoli's and have been looking at different recipes, all of the ones I have found have chocolate and/or orange in the filling. I even found one that had cherries it in. All I want is a simple riccotta, sugar and I think its almond extract recipe. Does anyone have one or know where I could find one? _(link)
