does anyone know any excersizes to make your thighs smaller? Thanks!

squats (against the wall, feet shoulder width apart, go down really far so you feel the burn), leg presses, leg lifts (lay on your side and life the top leg on a little angle, you feel the burn in your bum and your thighs), olypticals (great cardio that make you lose extra weight everywhere), running (you'll get longer and leaner muscles), inner thigh lift (where you put one leg over the other and go to the side, point your heel out and toes down, lift so you feel a burn in your inner thigh), fetal thigh (on your side put ligs in like an L shape, like curling up into a ball like a fetus and lift the top leg so you feel the burn in your bum and thigh :P), treadmill too. any cardio will burn calories and then it'll stop your body from storing fat in the areas where it wants to, thighs, stomach are areas where the body stores a lot of fat)
also, if you want smaller thighs you have to watch what you eat, your body will take the fat and store it in your thighs
dont go on a crazy diet b.c after you'll crave junk food and you'll eat way more than you usually would. you can still eat obv, just in moderation, dont eat a lot , but eat the good stuff. dont eat out a lot (i never do) and dont eat fast food/deep fried food.
for snacks eat like vegetables and fruit.
