I cut myself (for personal reasons) but i do it below the wrist. And I try to hide it. But I can't. It's not cold here, so wearing long-sleeves doesn't make sense. When people see it, they get really freaked out. What are some reasons, that make sense, which I can tell people, so they won't think I'm cutting myself? (link)

This is rediculous. I have told two of my friends. And they have kept it quiet for several weeks. Then just a few days ago they decide its time to tell a teacher. I was definitely mad, but i knew i needed help. I know you want to hide it. Dont lie, just tell the truth, people understand. I am done with cutting, it hurt, but it felt better. Its an urge i am dealing with. tell me how i helped.
