I'm 13.
Me and my bf have been going out for 2 months and total on and off for a year and we havent kissed.
He is a shy guy and the only things he does is put his arm around mea nd hug me everyday. I'm having my 2 best guys friends to talk to him about what he should do to his girlfriend (me) and I dont know if thts bad. But I'm crazy abt him but shoudl i wait for him or just kiss him. PLEASE HELP ME LOTSSSSSSSSSSSSS.

If he is shy...just kiss him. Unless you want to wait forever. Trust me, he probably doesn't know if its ok to kiss you or not, so if you kiss him he will know its fine.
