Ok.I'm basically not skinny. I've tryed EVERYTHING to get it to go away. I've done dieting, but I keep on braking them, and I'm already in about 1 thosand sports. So I'm thinking about only eating lunch and a little dinner everyday, but I don't know how bad that is for me. Like for lunch, a salad, orange juice (which is nasty), and for dinner maybe only an apple. So should I do it or not? Plus, I need to know if I should do it or not, what should I do? (link)

You shouldn't eat that little amount of food. The lettuce in your salad is extremely low in calories, and an apple has about 80. So that would be around 400 calories maximum..every day?
Your body needs breakfast, first of all. I can see having an apple for breakfast because that's what I usually eat. Then for lunch, just have a main entree (hamburger, spaghetti, etc.) and 2 sides. No buying ice cream or chips.
Replace your drinks with water. This REALLY helps. Also, you need a larger dinner than an apple. Something about the size of your lunch should be okay.
To be honest with you, I tried a diet very similar to the one that you're thinking about. I lost some weight, but I was absolutely miserable. I had to convince myself not to eat almost every 5 minutes and food was constantly on my mind. It is very similar to anorexia, and you could become depressed by it as well as very unhealthy.
I beg you to just limit the size of your meals. What I've noticed is that limiting the size of your meals is a faster solution to losing weight than exercising. This doesn't mean replace dinner with an apple or lunch with a salad. It means turn 2 plates of pasta, 3 sides of mashed potatoes, gatorade, and cookies into 1 plate of spaghetti, a side of green beans, and milk.
Good luck!
