Ok.I'm basically not skinny. I've tryed EVERYTHING to get it to go away. I've done dieting, but I keep on braking them, and I'm already in about 1 thosand sports. So I'm thinking about only eating lunch and a little dinner everyday, but I don't know how bad that is for me. Like for lunch, a salad, orange juice (which is nasty), and for dinner maybe only an apple. So should I do it or not? Plus, I need to know if I should do it or not, what should I do? (link)
im exactly the same way...im not fat but i just cant seem to stay on any of my diets...but i do know that you need to eat at least three meals a day...you should cut portions but dinenr shouldntjust be an apple....dont have seconds of naything.....no junk food...crunches help alot...drink alot of water cause it will fill you up and when you excersize your start burning the water weight.....dont eat anything if your not really hungry...........im not an expert but those are the stuff i try ...it works itsjust i cant stay commited...but good luck
