Hi, Im Sarah and Im 24 and Im married to a wonderful man! Together we have 3 kids together the first one was an "accident" as I was still in high school when I was 17. But she is now 7 and her name is Ashley Marie. Then I have a little boy who is 11 months and his name is Corey Logan. Then I am expecting the third in about a month!!! She is suppost to be a girl so her name will be Kelsey Anne. I graduated college from The University of Tennasee. I am a gymnastics coach and own 3 gyms. Then as a side job I train horses for all events. I got married on May 21, 2007!!! If you ever need help I can answer most any question... I am a been there done that type of person! I've learned from alot of mistakes too.

15/f. i'm not even going to post my weight because i know its in the healthy BMI range and then you guys will just tell me that i don't need to lose weight. and i know i don't need to lose weight, that isn't my question. my quesiton is that even know i'm at a healthy weight range and i know that i'm pretty slim, i still have a little fat near my stomach especially around and below my belly button. and i'm so frustrated because i've been doing over 100 crunches a day, and i run on my treadmill a lot and its still there! for the most part i try to eat healthy, but i know i don't always eat healthy.

also how bad is diet soda for you? because i drink one almost everyday and i want to know how bad it is for me and if i should stop.

Well I am not sure how to get rid of those thing I call them love handles I have had those since I was a teen, anyways pop is not good for you I would cut back instead drink juice or water or like flavored water, but with your crunches do you do side ones and strattle ones thats what I have my girls do that I do gymnastics for there are alot more ways to do crunches then in straight form you might look on google the different ways to do them because I dont really come up with a way to explain them while not showing them.
