how can i loose fat on my ass and upper thys. i know you can't get ride of a direct spot but what workouts can i do to shape up my but. the rest of my body isn't big, just my butt kinda ruins everything (link)

The best exersise to loose fat on your thighs would be doing squats. Do about 100 - 200 of them every day. Your thighs will start to hurt and you may be sore the next day but they really help.
