Q: [question#1]will i get a flat stomach and smaller thighs from this:

breakfast: special K cereal
lunch: hot pocket
snack: fruit/vegetable
supper: something not fatty
drinking plenty of water
doing like 300 situps everyday

[question#2]anybody know any THIGH excersices?
omg! i eat special k every morning- and i've gotten skinnier... maybe a hot pocket wouldn't be good 4 you, but maybe something like that. fruits and vegetables are always good, and drinking water is great-better than milk... 300 sit-ups might be harsh, i don't see a change in that. try doing 500 crunches- it made a difference on me! a thigh exercise could be lunges, or just run.
