You see in windows those manikins wear strapless dresses and it looks perfect on them?
Well I owuld wear them but when I do or a tank top there's like fat that comes out of my arms peeking out and i'm skinney.
What can I do? Hopefull an excercise that won't make me get muscles.. (link)

Hi, im not sure how many your supposed to do but try to do as many as you can and if you feel exhausted and worn out and just stop and rest for a while.
Not sure how heavy the wights should be just pick a moderate weight you can pick up easily and that you can hold firmly without any hesitation.
Try just moving your arm up and down from your fist to your shoulder a number of times.
You can also try lifting those sliding weights, you do while lying down, that could help you.
Don't try lifting wights over your head because that is extremely dangerous especially when you can't sustain the weights.

thanks can you go and edit this answer to tell me if I just get those little weights or do I use those giant ones that men use where you lay down on that thing and you lift it over your head? When you use the weights how do you excercise with it? just keep lifting it over your head? How long and how many?
