This isn't the most scientific answer but... When the sperm from a man's body (balls going throuhg penis) goes into a woman's vagina and hits her eggs and goes in her egg and you know everything goes according to plan the baby starts to form in the utirious or whatever and then you know it starts growing and then eventually you got a baby and they gotta either push it out through the vaginal hole or they gotta cut it out of the stomach area.
