Ok So im really confussed on wear you put eyeliner. do you put it under your eye or do you put it like above your eylashes, thats what ive heard but when I out it there it doent show up. Thanx! (link)

pencil eyeliner is best for under your eye, you can put it on top too but i find that it smears alot. liquid eyeliner is best for the top.
