i hate my body, i absolutatly HATE it. im soo self conscious (sp) it's not even funny. i'm 13, 5'2 (or 5'3, i really dont know), and about 110 pounds.. yeah i know this might seem 'normal' to you but to me, its not. a lot of girls in my class and school are skinnier than me, even 8th and 9th graders! and get this, my friend's mom is so skinny, her and her mom share clothes and we're only in 7th grade. so yeah enough with the comparing, anyways i hate my stomach, i swear whenever i eat like a salad or something it grows throughout the day which makes me look fat and pregnant, which i hate. i seriously don't know what to do, since it grows throughout the day when i eat should i stop eating? or what do you suggest? i might go aneroxic or something, that's how much i hate my body. any help is greatly appreciated.. thanks soo much. and sorry this was long & confusing! ♥ (link)
crunches and leg lifts will tone your stomach.
eat healthy, like alot of fruit and veggies. try to eat no more than the serving size on other foods. whenever you're hungry and need a snack eat from fruit or veggies and have a glass of water. i really hope this helped.
