hi guys...
is almost time for prom and all... i saw a awsome prom dress in the mall but there is only one big problems... IS SMALL ON ME!!! som i need some safe advice on lose 15 lb in one and half month with out medications b/c my parents is not gonna let me buy those so any eating rules or Exercises yall recommand????? plz i really need help big time to help me lose weight (link)

try looking for a different dress because as soon as your done wearing the dress your going to gain all the weight back so its kinda not worth it.
