Okay while replacing a piston that i had burned while wheeling in my 72 Datsun pickup I accidently spun the crankshaft seperately from the cam shaft. What is the easiest way to reset the timing on the motor and then realign the distributor? (link)

thanks for the advice unfortunately the truck is so mismatched that its timing is different than it should be so i had to take it to a shop.
