Q: Hey. Just yesterday my average feedback rating was a 4.79. Today it has gone down to a 4.76 but I don't understand why because my three newest feedbacks were all 5's. Does anyone know why this would happen because I'm probably missing something. Thanks so much in advance =).

It would go down because some of your ratings could have expired ; making the number of ratings going into the average number, decrease. & with less numbers to average into the overall - the number might not be as high.
