i told the guy i liked him and he was like happy but like acted like he didnt care what does this mean :( this is the first time i told a guy i liked him & ahhh wth! i dont get it.. (link)

well it depends, he could have meant many things.
first of all .. did you tell this guy you liked him on the phone, in person, or online?
if he was happy about it, you shouldn't be worrying. maybe he was shocked and so happy that he didn't know what to say.... or maybe he is a shy person and doesn't express his feelings easily.... you really don't know unless you ask him out.
if you told him you liked him online its hard to know what his reaction was... but if it was in person or on the phone it probably was very awkward for him and he didn't know what to say so don't take it personal
ask him to hang out and take his answer as to whether he really likes you or not

haha well it was on the phone and he was like "oh! cool" lol but he didnt say anything back :( so maybe he was shocked.. thanks!
