he does already like you, you dont have to spend more time in front of the mirrior to my oppion:] You have to work on the talking part so here are some things you could say...
"Hello you look nice today" and maybe he'll say "Thanks so do you" thats a good start or you could have enough pride and confidence in ur self and get to the point and say "Hey, would you like to go out tonight on like s date"... but dont studder because that will not leed him on so take my advice and walk up to him and just do what you got to do... ok♥
