yeah so like how do i know whAT size to get like tampon wise. ha. (link)
It depends on your flow... if its heavy then get super absorbent if it light then u get light.. you get it ? It says it all on the box.. and what kind you should get. Definitely get the kind with the plastic applicators ... because my friend had to go to the school nurse and the nurse had cardboard applicators..
