I'm Jaz. I'm 17. I love photography and writing. and I've gone through a lot with self-injury, depression, and guys. I hope I can help you ask much as possible. I will give the most honest answer.
advice
So I'm a cutter. As in, cutting my wrists and legs. I'm in therapy (so obviously my parents know about it). I had been clean for about 3 weeks, and since just 2 days ago, I started cutting again. Not to the point where I'm making my self bleed or anything, but it seems to numb my pain. It's like an addiction. Does anyone have any tips on how I can focus my thoughts somewhere else besides on self-injury?

writing, drawing, painting, or anything to do with art is a wonderful way to cope.
when i used to cut and was trying to stop, i had my friends take away the things i used, and i would snap a rubberband to my wrist, and i would put my hands under freezing cold water.
