Hey everyone. I am looking for new hair. A COMPLETE change around. I thought about dying my hair and maybe perming some loose curls in my hair. But my hair is very thick, very frizzy and it's been chemically relaxed before. Does anyone know if perming will damage my hair or make it even frizzier? If I perm it, could I also dye it? or is that too much damage on my hair at once? I really want a drastic change. I would love to dye my hair but I have no idea what color. and if I cant perm it, I want a different cut. But I have a round face so I'm not sure what would look good on me. Can anyone help me out? Thanks So Much In Advance!

i have an idea! get your hair cut and get lots of layers so it doesnt make your face look round, then one month dye your hair whatever color u want make it funkythen in a little whjite get a semi-perm then you can do whatever you want with it
