I have an event for which I need a new outfit.
I really want a shirt/top that encircles my neck, but I don't know what this kind of top is called, so I can't search for it.
Can anyone tell me what the name for these kind of tops is, and maybe give me some websites that have them?

oh do you mean like a circle cut i would stil reccomend the places i wrote below they all have websites.
i think you mean ringer tees.....you can get them at delilas,urban outfitters,alloy,body central,fashion shop,just about anyother trendy store.

No. They just encircle the neck. Similar to a halter.
