edit- yeah alot of guys do it i think its attractive. you should go with what you want to be happy and who you are. you caan still where hoops and studs etc. i think you should do it unless your just trying to live up to an image or feel you have to.
no i have my ear lobs pieced for about 10 years and know plenty of other people who have as well.its safe. it just might hurt when you get them pierced but it will go away. when i got it done i cried but it went away immediatly and i love wearing beautiful earrings.dont worry.
