OK well this a total girl question..
I am 13 and I still dont have my period
is that abnormal??
And what are some "signs" that
might tell me if it is coming?

uhm, no its not weird, duh.
some people dont get their period till they're 16
trust me you don't want to get you're period, you'll hate it so enjoy not having while it lasts
signs are discharge which is yellow or white gooey stuff in your underwear, spotting, small amounts of blood, tender breasts, and sometimes you dont even know you're getting it.
hun just wait it out, it's nothing to worry over
