Q: okay lets cut to the chase. im fat. overweight. gross legs and arms, potbelly. i'm just fat. ive been doing the healthy weight loss thing for years now and i havent lost any weight

what are some ways to lose weight QUICKLY. health doesnt matter, if youre some kind of health activist dont answer the question.
Eat 5 small meals of no more than 250 calories or eat 1 mean of 200 cals, 2nd meal of 100 cals, and 3rd meal untill your full (however many cals that is. just make sure you dont eat like a whole box of pizza)make srue the meals are atleast 3 hours apart and then in less than a week you should be down atleast 5-10 pounds possibly more if your more overweight. Yes, this worked for me and i lost 10 pounds in a week.
