advice
hello. I am 13/f, 5'2 and i weigh about 138 pounds. Is that really overweigh? Also, what is the fastest most efficent way to lose weight other then the excerise and eat less? Is there a SPECIFIC exercise i should do everyday? -thanks ALOT
ok well when i was 13and a teen myself i was 5.4-5.5' and i had terrible eating habits and i was reaching 130 lbs and i was not happy with it at all and not happy with the way i looked so i fixed that by running nearly every morning, then i was 113 .....im not saying you should do that, i guess what im saying is that if you are unhappy with the way you feel and believe you look not slimming enough, maybe you can ask a TRUSTED friend,parent/guardian for advice on how you look[mirrors are dicieving]ask them to answer you honestly. constructive criticism may help. but if you do infact want to do something about it then i suggest this:
1. eat healthier
2. exersize more
3. have fun/laugh

it says for your weight and height, you should be about 64-65" or about five 1/2 ft
