well a few days ago me and my bf broke up after that he wont talk to me i broke up with him cause he used me and his a big ass lier so he so mad i hate it after we broke up he told one of my friends that he broke up with thats not true anyways he said he loves me and all that shit i dont belive him oh ya do you think i'm ready to start dating

If by dating, you mean going out with this asshole, no, you should definitely not go back out with him. You' deserve so much better. And you should know it.
If by dating, you mean going out with another guy, take it slow. Get over the hatred you have for the asshole you thoughtfully dumped and start flirting with other guys. Start this whenever you feel your ready. None of us can tell you when you're ready. You should know it yourself. Hang out with a lot of guys and get to know them. =)
