The 2 troubles I'm having with in volleyball are Diving and Blocking... so I need advice on that
Diving- is there any way to prevent floor burns and make it easier for my arm to slide on the floor? How do you rollover on your shoulder blade when you've made the pass?
Blocking- I am scared of getting hit in the face, any advice on how to solve this? I also close my eyes when I jump, how do I keep my eyes open?

Ok well i love to play volleyball on my club team and school team. For diving make sure you have you knee pads on and don't focus on the pain. i always dive and honestly it doesn't really hurt me because if you get it high enough to get it over that reward just feels to good. If it really bothers you try to land on you knee pads and then fall forward to get the ball. When you block you generally don't get hit in the face because your face should be there to block it. You should jump up with you arms stretched high to block the ball from coming over. I hope i helped.
