your question isn't just about tips for looking pretty, you're obviously self concious, and you need to realize that it's ridiculous for people to dislike you because you're not beautiful. Try to be around people who aren't this superficial and mean.
But anyways, if you want to look a little prettier, start by finding a good face wash, such as proactiv, if you want something cheaper just get a generic acne wash, there are tons of them. Also, get some concealer/powder/coverup,,,something that makes acne less visible, but also doesn't clog your pores.
just take care of yourself, don't overdo it with the makeup but use some if you wnt, brush your hair, and you'll be fine. Eventually people will grow up and realize you can't determine a person because of their face.
