if god wanted to, could he possibly build a rock too heavy for him to carry? IF HE WANTED TO & WE KNOW HE CAN DO ANY & EVERYTHING. (but yet, god is supposed to be able to carry anything)
So if he wanted to, could he possibly build a rock so heavy that he couldn't carry?
*my friend asked me this and it really made me think..what is an reasonable answer? (link)

Well, it is quite the paradox isn't it? Well, you have to remember, most paradoxes that we've thought up today are just failings of our languages and our failure to comprehend the nature of the universe. We work as hard as we can, but anything created or thought up by humans is bound to be faulty in some way, inculding our languages. So, what I'm trying to say is English or any onther earthly language does not have reliability when describing what God can do.
