uhm. i'm trying to loose 15lbs by the end of January..
what kind of excersis are there that will help me loose weight? and what kinds of food should i eat?

Well I weigh 97 punds and Im 14. To get this weight all I did was really walk a lot. I love to walk to like when me and my friends would go to the mall I would bring my ipod and walk. I found this fun and me and my friends got the chance to hang out and goof around a little. But ignore the rude people who honk at you cause many people have honked at me and my frineds while walking and quite rude. But as far as eating um try salads and stuff. Not a BIG expert of the food part though cause Im one of those people who eats almost constantly and doesnt really get fat. But yeahh anyways just try walking a lot and it should work. Hope I helped.
