Okay I like this guy he dosn't know I like him but he's had a couple girlfriends and one just broke up with him not to long ago. He's real nice and I want to tell him but also I don't because of the last time everyone found out right now my bestfriend knows. Do you think I should tell him? (link)

yes, because if you wait too long he might get another girlfriend, and then you will really regret not telling him.
Do it over the phone, or on the computer, this may sound cheap, but it's so much harder for both you and him in person, trust me.
