13/f i had surgery like a month ago because i had a cyst in my left ovary. i am feeling some pain and i really need help. i didnt tell my parents because i did that before i was gonna have surgery and they rushed me to the emergency room...so i dont wanna worry them, but should i... i guess what i'm asking for is some advice on health so if theres any doctors or nurses out there PLEASE help me!

Tell your parents. Because you just had a surgery the pain might be because of that, but it doesn't hurt to be hesitant. It's always better to be safe than sorry, to quote numerous people.
