Hey...i dont know what an engrown(i know thats not how you spell it) hair look like? is it when you have a pimple looking thing with a hair coming out of it or what cuz i have one of those on my leg. _(link)

thats definetely an ingrown hair. the only thing you can do is keep it dry, and let it heal on its own. as long as you donttouch it or scratch it, it should go away in a few days.
