i have a couple of red marks on my face and arms..they're little red dots..i gotten them about four years ago, and more and more keep developing...theyre not pimples or not anything i think i seen on anyone..i dont know what they are, but they wont go away..i cover them up with makeup every day. can any one tell me what they are and how to get rid of them..i really hate them, they make me look flawed and ugly..help please! ♥ (link)

They may be broken blood vessels, if they are under the skin and not on top. If the spots are on the surface of your skin (like you can feel them when you touch them) go see a dermatologist as soon as you can.
