So, i'm going to this new school and i got involved with this guy J. I'm 15, sophomore, and he's a junior... 16 i think. We've been kinda like dating since basically the beginning of school and last friday he kissed me [finally]. We were talking and he was telling me how he really wants a serious relationship and how he wants to take it slow to make sure i dont get hurt (this was on friday) and i told him that that's fine. WELLLLLLL this whole week he has been ignoring me and i dont know why.. its really bothering me. He keeps flirting with this other girl Z (who's a freshman) and hes basically started avoiding me. Its really annoying. So... i dont know wat to do!! please help :( thanks..

Talk to him. Tell him that you don't mind moving slow, but do not want to be ignored. If after he knows how you feel, he still ignores you he probably isn't worth your time.
Don't let the flirting bother you untill you know it's more than flirting. Everyone flirts, it's only natural, and as long as he isn't cheating there's no real problem.
