ok so i'm in a long distance relationship and we both love each other but he has not seen a pic of me cause we met online well technically no cause my sister knew him in 4th grade but i have a self esteme issue cause i'm kinda fat and i want to loose weight as fast as i can without hurting myself how can i do this does anyone have any tips cause i really want to be healthier /skinnier so please help???? ummm well cut down on the trans fat, and eat healthy meals, you may not want to but after you are done you feel good about urself. also always take the way that leads to more excersizing or just excersize but thats just if you dont feel like working out. also sleep helps. but also if you met him online and you really like eachother why does appearance matter. i mean if you really like him and you saw a pic of him and he was ugly, would you not love him? so think about it and i hope i helped

thanks for the advice and no appearrance doesnt mater but to alot of people it does and i dont know it seems like it matters to him and yea i have seen a pic of him he pretty hott but that doesnt matter to me at all
