Though the rest of my body is in fairly good shape, my upper arms have more flab than is preferred, especially as they get nearer to the shoulders. I have a busy schedule and my breaks come in irregular and short intervals. What are some simple exercises I could do at my desk/when I'm waiting without any work out equipment?
LIFT WEIGHTS for about 5 minutes each arm twice a day. Should Help!! :]

Good advice, but not in my situation. I specifically said I need something I can do in quick bits of free time. Weights aren't exactly something easy to keep in the office or anything.
