I'm 13/f and I live in Texas. My mom is starting to make me use my own money to buy clothes and cosmetics. The problem is, I have no way to make enough money. My mom says I could do work around the house, but she pays me SO little! Say, $1 to do the dishes and 50 cents to water the plants outside. I used to get an allowence but ever since my parents divorce, money is tight (my dad actually makes a lot of money but he's kind of selfish and will no longer give my mom the money to give me an allowence) so I don't get it anymore. I have tried babysitting by passing oout flyers, but no one even called me; my mom says I'm too young. What should I do??? I REALLY need to find a way to earn some money...the only way I get it now is when my grandparents give me an extra $5 bill sometimes when I visit(AFTER my mom tries to persuade them not to!)HELP!!! Well i think you should ask your mom if any of her friends need a night off or just need some help. Then ask your mom if maybe you could have a carwash or well really anything like make a neckalace or something and selll it to someone.
