OK, well, I've always had a problem getting soft contacts in...i could put the hard ones in because they're small...since i want to get day and night contacts and i want to get contacts im sick of glasses//taking them in and out every day does anyone have any like techniques for putting them in? thank you! okay. here is what i do.
- make sure you have nothing on your fingers
- put the contact on your right pointer finger, in the shape of a bowl
- with you left hands pointer finger pull the top of your eye up (enabaling you to blink)
- then with your right middle finger pull down the bottom of your eye
- leaving you your right pointer finger right there
- look into the mirror and put it on your pupil.
- it should stick.
- blink
- if it doesnt work try again.
